REFUND POLICY:
There are strictly no refunds for this Immersion, as stated, signed, and agreed upon on the time of booking. If you are unable to participate in the Immersion due to extreme circumstances beyond your control, such as major illness or family emergency, you may apply to transfer to one of our next offerings or offer/sell your position directly to a friend. Approval of a transfer is at our sole discretion.
You will need a doctor’s certificate or supporting documentation to show proof of the circumstances. If this Immersion needs to be canceled due to external circumstances beyond our control, we will first attempt to reschedule to a time within 6 months of the expected start date.
If you are not able to make the rescheduled date, or if we have to cancel the immersion altogether, we will correspond with you to arrange a refund.
A ‘change of mind’ or choosing to withdraw from the course at any stage does not meet the criteria for a refund. Your enrolment secures a place held exclusively for you, which is factored into staffing, resourcing, venue, material preparation, and overall program budgeting. Once the container has commenced, this place cannot be reallocated or resold, and the financial commitments associated with your enrolment therefore remain in effect.
