You are invited to create ritual space, to set intention as a contract with yourself. This module establishes that this is not performance training. It is reclamation. The work starts by bringing you back into conscious relationship with your body as your vessel, your movement as an extension of your spirit, and your life as something you are responsible for inhabiting.

Through the Five Somatic Gateways, shake-outs, emotional embodiment techniques, and ceremony (including cacao), you learn how to access sensation, emotion, and truth in the body, rather than intellectualising it. This is not catharsis - it is training your nervous system to stay present with intensity. You begin to develop emotional range and capacity, which becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

Here we begin to explore dance as embodied prayer. Each sequence is an affirmation that rewires posture, voice, and inner narrative. The body learns conviction through the repetition of mantra, allowing the words to descend into your soma as a felt experience. Through stretching, breakdown, and integration, you experience how intentional choreography can reshape self-perception and self-trust.

This module introduces the phases of the choreography - the dance you will be learning over the course of the 12 self-paced modules. Each phase maps an embodied, archetypal descent. The final pieces integrate it all into a coherent expression we invite you to perform. The choreography becomes a rite of passage that mirrors your own transformation.

This is the descent into the womb as your inner compass. We explore womb consciousness as a centre of intuition, creativity, sexuality, and ancestral memory. Through red thread practices, discussions, rites around menarche, and deep feminine rooting, you begin to examine where your womb has been silenced, medicalised, shamed, or disconnected.

Body Reconciliation addresses the fracture between woman and body. Here we confront inherited beauty standards, internalised judgement, and dissociation. Through guided journeys, mirror work, constellation-informed inquiry, and integration practices, you begin to shift from critique to relationship. Self-love is reframed as reciprocity - how you speak to, move with, and listen to your body. This is not about liking how you look, it’s is about ending the war and returning to your body as your home.

Erotic Resurrection restores Eros as life force, not performance. We examine erotic suppression - culturally, religiously, relationally - and how women fragment from desire to remain safe or acceptable. Through conversation, panel dialogue, sensual embodiment practices, and guided journeys into your own Eros, you begin to reclaim vitality. Erotic freedom here is aliveness in your own skin. This module integrates sexuality, creativity, and spiritual life into one current.

Through a guided ancestral journey and subtle realm practices, this module invites you to explore your bloodline. Using constellation principles, you begin to feel where you are over-identified with ancestral burdens, loyalties, or trauma. Activation here means reclaiming strength, gifts, and resilience - while returning patterns that do not belong to you.

We can learn a lot through building a relationship with plants and allowing their Spirit and Virtues to govern how we live. This module invites devotional intimacy, with one of Eclectica’s strongest plant allies - sister rose. Through rose tea ceremony, and embodied softening practices, you start to build a relationship with rose as an elder, teacher and guide. Rose becomes an ally in heart work - especially within the realms. of reconciliation with both yourself and others.

Here we address competition, betrayal, jealousy, comparison, and mistrust among women. Rather than spiritual bypassing, we examine the origins of sisterhood wounds - personal history and collective conditioning. Through discussion, clearing conversations, and integration journaling, you learn how to engage conflict without exile. This module prepares you for real-world relational integrity. Sisterhood becomes a practice that can hold up the mirror for you and keep you anchored within self-responsibility and integrity.

This module shifts performance from validation-seeking to the concept of ‘service’. You explore how pleasure can exist inside discipline, how being witnessed can be empowering rather than extracting. Pleasure is reclaimed as something self-generated and shared, not performed for approval.

This is the threshold. Preparing to perform is about integrating everything we have moved through in the course of the 12 modules - womb sovereignty, emotional embodiment, erotic aliveness, ancestral grounding, sisterhood repair. The performance is the rite. You step forward not as someone perfected, but as someone who is inhabiting their body and letting their expression be seen. The stage becomes initiation ground.
