Family constellations and ancestral veneration practitioner
Anna-Maria’s approach to ancestral healing is informed by her extensive studies and training in ancestral veneration practices and Family Constellations. Through these explorations, she has come to know the body as a sacred site of remembrance, an altar to the stories, griefs, memories, and unresolved inheritances of those who walked before us.
Weaving traditional systemic practices, somatic observation, and a trauma-informed approach, Anna-Maria supports clients in disentangling from inherited patterns, beliefs, roles, and behaviours carried through the family system. Her work invites a deeper listening to the body and the ways ancestral memory can live through sensation, relational dynamics, emotional responses, and unconscious loyalties.
Through this process, she supports clients in cultivating a deeper relationship with their spiritual agency, autonomy, and capacity to live in greater alignment with their essence, personal medicine, and the legacy they are here to carve for those still to come.

Through the lens of Family Constellations, somatic observation, and ancestral healing, we will explore the blocks, patterns, and challenges currently arising within your relationships, business, creativity, emotional world, health, or sense of purpose, and trace them back to the deeper dynamics held within your family system.
Anna-Maria will gently enquire into the culture, relational dynamics, and lived experiences within your family tree to gain a deeper understanding of the inherited patterns, unconscious loyalties, and entanglements that may be influencing your present reality.

The Ritual Bundle is a 3-session journey designed to support deeper exploration, integration, and transformation through the lenses of Family Constellations, somatic healing, ancestral remembrance, and ritual practice.
Across these sessions, we will work closely with the relational and ancestral dynamics shaping your current life experience, exploring inherited patterns, unconscious loyalties, emotional wounds, and the stories carried through your family line. This container offers space to move beyond intellectual understanding and into embodied integration and repair.
The bundle includes family tree and lineage exploration, maternal line healing, somatic inquiry, ancestral veneration practices, ritual-based healing practices, integration, and personalised reflections or practices to support your process between sessions.
